All products are subject to availability. While every effort will be made to display accurate stock information, there may be times where stock is depleted after an order has been locked-in or purchased. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, supply/fulfill partial orders or divide up orders for delivery in these circumstances.

For deliveries within Singapore, we provide FREE door-to-door delivery (within 3 working days) for nett purchases of SGD$150 and above in a single receipt. 

A flat rate of SGD$4.99 will be charged for door-to-door delivery (within 3 working days) for purchases under $150.

All orders are tracked by an appointed courier and a tracking number can be provided upon request. Please provide us with a contact number in the event the delivery person needs to contact you.

We aim to deliver orders within 3 working days (from Monday - Friday). However, deliveries might sometimes take longer under circumstances such as busy sale periods and festive seasons.

Additional charges may apply if an attempted delivery was unsuccessful because there was no one to receive the package at the stated delivery address. Please note that we will only deliver to the person addressed on the order form.

If you would like someone else to receive the order on your behalf, or if you have special requests, please leave delivery instructions and your contact number at check-out or email us at with your order number. We will inform you via email if we are unable to meet your requests.

International orders will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier appointed by IN GOOD COMPANY. All efforts will be made to have your order delivered within 7 working days (from Monday to Friday), although unexpected circumstances might result in late deliveries beyond our control. All orders are tracked - a tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has been picked up from our warehouse.  Please include your contact number (including country code) in your order.

A standard shipping rate is charged to your order. IN GOOD COMPANY ships to the following countries at the rates listed below in Singapore Dollars:

We ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that the product prices displayed on our e-store do not include any/all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payments of these duties and taxes might be necessary to release your order from native customs on arrival.

We will request for your signature as an acknowledgment of receipt upon delivery. Please note that we will only deliver to the person addressed on the order form. If you are not there to accept the delivery, your order will be returned to our warehouse in Singapore and additional shipping charges may apply.

All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars. Upon checkout, you will be redirected to a PayPal secured website. We accept credit card payments via PayPal. You can also choose to make payment from your PayPal account if you have one. We accept all Visa, MasterCard and AMEX cards. 

Cash-On-Delivery payment option is available for orders within Singapore between 9am - 6pm only.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email as soon as possible to We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

Should you have further enquiries about your order, contact us at with your order number and we will attend to your queries as soon as we can.

As far as we can, we will always double-check the quality of your purchases before it is shipped to you. However, should you receive a faulty merchandise, we will endeavor to replace the item where possible, subject to the product's availability. If we are unable to replace the item, a defective product can be exchanged for another item of the same value or higher with a top-up value; OR you can opt to receive a full refund if the item you want is not available.

Should you receive a faulty product or would like to request for an exchange, please email us at within 3 days from the receipt of product. We will arrange for your item to be picked up. 

For exchanges and refunds, we will only accept returned items evidenced in its original purchase condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered) with all its original garment tags still attached, accompanied by the original sales slip. 

Once we have received the defective item from you for exchange/refund, we will send an acknowledgement receipt via email. Please allow 7 business days from the date of acknowledgment receipt to process the return/refund/exchange. Please note that additional shipping charges may be chargeable to you in order to deliver the replacement product.

We only accept returns of defective products owing to manufacturer's defect. Please note that items that were damaged as a result of wear-and-tear and/or inappropriate wash care will not be accepted for returns.

We offer exchanges at the convenience of your doorstep at a flat rate of SGD$7.99 (applicable only to Singapore). We are unable to offer doorstep exchanges for international orders at the moment; regular shipping charges apply.

We do not accept exchange or returns for sale/mark-down items. 

Register your mobile number as your Customer ID to let us know how frequent you shop with us. Simply quote/type your mobile number at check-out to tag your purchases to your ID. All are welcome to register for an IN GOOD COMPANY ID.
